chopped celery

vinegar(apple cider)

brown sugar ( packed)

water

flour

ketchup

mustard
Instructions
Brown ground beef and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain.
Add celery and mix.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour into skillet and stir. Cover and cook for an hour or until celery is soft. Serve on hamburger or hogie buns.
