Mix all ingredients (except the powdered sugar) by hand until blended.
Chill for 15 min.
Form into 1 " balls, roll into powdered sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for dark no stick sheets or 350 degrees for regular sheets. ( 9 to 11 min)
Cool 2 min. Remove from sheets transfer to wax paper for 30 min. Store in airtight container.
