Mom's Baked Chicken (with Creamy Rice)

Home-cooked baked chicken with creamy rice, just like mom used to make! It's all in one pan and you have plenty of time to visit with your guests while it's in the oven.

Equipment

  • 13 x 9 pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raw rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 8 pcs chicken legs or thighss
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Instructions
 

  • Place raw rice in bottom of greased pan.
  • Add soups and milk.
  • Stir the mixture together.
  • Place chicken on top of the mixture.
  • Cover with 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix.
  • Cover lightly with foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
