- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper
In slow cooker brown stew meat ,sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle flour over meat and mix.
Add water, onion, carrots and bay leaf.
Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf.
