Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 lb baby carrots
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In slow cooker brown stew meat ,sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle flour over meat and mix.
  • Add water, onion, carrots and bay leaf.
  • Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf.
