Vegan Chocolate Crispies Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups rice crispy cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup liquid coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In Microwave safe bowl, melt chips and peanut butter at 30 sec. intervals until smooth and blended.
  • Add maple syrup and coconut oil and warm for 30 sec until blended .
  • Remove from microwave and slowly mix in the 4 cups of rice crispies.
  • Pour into greased 8 x 8 dish and refrigerate at least an hour.
