Vegan Chocolate Crispies Dessert

- 4 cups rice crispy cereal
- 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup liquid coconut oil
In Microwave safe bowl, melt chips and peanut butter at 30 sec. intervals until smooth and blended.
Add maple syrup and coconut oil and warm for 30 sec until blended .
Remove from microwave and slowly mix in the 4 cups of rice crispies.
Pour into greased 8 x 8 dish and refrigerate at least an hour.
